Greetings! My name is Doris Fong and I am delighted to welcome you to my creative corner. I have always had a passion for art since an early age. I would always draw cards for my family and friends since I was a child and it was an absolute joy to gift it to the people I love.
 

I have always chosen hospitality as my core career and I currently work in hotels. I always found it fascinating when guests take the time to provide an amazing comment about the overall service or shout out of a team member. It empowers myself and my team to continue creating those memorable guest experiences and creating employee morale.

 

Kindness goes a long way, whether it’s a heartfelt note, unexpected gesture, you never know what your words and actions can do to impact another person. Throughout my hospitality journey, I started doodling on amenity cards and taking golden nuggets from what people tell me about their stay or something personal and creating a personalized doodle and keepsake for them to cherish for a lifetime. As I started creating these surprise and delights, I combined my passion for art and my love for hospitality.
